FreshDesk intelligently routes support tickets to the most relevant team member whilst keeping you informed of the status of your support request. You can submit support tickets to our team Monday – Friday between our normal working hours of 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. You can submit your support request through the client area or by emailing us directly.
