The Hot Tub Company are a supplier of luxury hot tubs based in Loughborough, which has been established for over 30 years.

The Project Brief

The team at Lowaire were tasked with managing the Google Ads profile of The Hot Tub Company. Our client tasked us with creating engaging and effective Ad campaigns to target their variety of target audiences and products on offer.
We tasked ourselves with creating a multitude of Ad campaigns to reflect the variety of products on offer and also to ensure that the landing pages and extensions of the ads were relevant and maximised the potential for conversions of their website. We also were tasked with ensuring that the keywords of the campaigns were relevant and specific in order to funnel the right audience to the website. Removing negative keywords from the search terms would also play a part in ensuring that customers reached the site who were potential buyers and not looking for something different.

We created a strategy to ensure that we were consistently monitoring the metrics of the Google Ads account and creating a more refined journey for potential customers to reach the site.

The Campaign Outcome

Following the hard work and dedication of the team at Lowaire, paired with the efficient and informative communication with The Hot Tub Company, we were able to create highly engaging Ads with relevant landing pages that were refined to target the right audience.
By consistently monitoring the keywords of the campaigns by ensuring they were relevant and high-quality and were using the campaign budget in the most efficient manner. Ensuring we optimised all campaigns for conversions led to an increase in conversions on the Hot Tub Company website and helped to ensure that their ads, and therefore their business, are now appearing at the top of Google search engines in the UK with the engaging ads that the team at Lowaire have created.

We produce monthly reports on the metrics of the campaigns in order to ensure that we maintain consistently increasing impressions, clicks, and conversions for the Hot Tub Company website.
