Petits Fours Patisserie is a small cake-baking company that specialises in creating delicious and beautiful bespoke petits fours for any occasion such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

The Project Brief

The company has been in business for three years and has relied heavily on word of mouth and social media to attract new customers. However, the owner recognised that they needed to improve their online presence and reach a wider audience.
Petits Four Patisserie is a small bakery located in the heart of Birmingham. The bakery was started by a passionate baker who wanted to bring her love of French pastries and cakes to the community. Despite the chef’s exceptional culinary skills and her delightful bakery offerings, the business was struggling to attract new customers and generate consistent revenue.

Petits Four Patisserie reached out to our team to help them improve their online presence and attract more customers through their website. We started by conducting an audit of their website and identifying areas for improvement. We found that the website had a few technical issues that were affecting its ranking in search engines. We also identified several relevant keywords that the bakery could target to increase its visibility in search results.

We developed an organic SEO strategy that would help the company rank higher in search engine results pages for relevant keywords and phrases.

The Campaign Outcome

Petits Four Patisserie reached out to our SEO team for help improving their online visibility and attracting more customers to their bakery. We began by developing a bespoke SEO strategy for them that would suit their needs and requirements.
With the implementation of backlinks to Petits Four Patisserie’s website, we were able to attract more traffic to the website and improve its ranking in Google. In addition to this, we improved the number of website visitors on mobile devices by optimising the website to be more mobile user-friendly. Throughout the process of improving these areas, we regularly liaised with the client to provide a clear communication regarding their SEO strategy.

We also set up a Google My Business listing for the business where they could target people in the local area and manage their online reputation. Over time we saw a positive outcome, including good reviews and increased footfall to the website.

After the implementation of our SEO strategy, we saw some great results, with an increase in the number of website traffic, sales and overall website ranking across Google. In addition to this, Petits Fours Patisserie saw a decrease in their websites bounce rate.
