Loughborough Property Services is a locally-based property maintenance company, providing commercial and residential property repairs and improvements. The company got in touch with Lowaire Digital to provide them with an updated and attractive website to help drive leads towards conversions.
The Project Brief
Loughborough Property Services required a more interactive website with an in-built content management system (CMS) to help them advertise their services further afield as well as to illustrate to visitors their quality results.
The client also required a primary navigation menu that featured detailed pages explaining the services offered, whilst adding more call-to-action opportunities throughout the website in order to increase the number of leads and enquires received. The team also decided that a greater engagement with the company’s services could be achieved through featuring a gallery, service pages and detailed information regarding the services provided.

The Project Outcome
The team developed the website using a visually appealing slider, maintaining the brand style throughout the site and clearly illustrating the business’ services on the homepage. We also aimed to create a portfolio page for the client so that they could demonstrate, through a media gallery, all of their previous work.
In addition to this, we also integrated a third-party platform (ServiceM8) which Loughborough Property Service rely on for work scheduling and invoice management. We also implemented a custom-built quote form into the website so that they could efficiently process leads and drive business.
This all culminated in the production of an easy-to-use, easily navigated site that helps the client to both operate more efficiently and achieve more sales through an increase in leads and conversions.
