An up & coming e-rideable vendor and purveyor, e-Rides were looking to become leaders in the market for all things electric.

The Project Brief

With an upcoming appearance on Dragon’s Den in the pipeline, e-Rides were looking for a boost to their social channels in order to drum up awareness and excitement for the brand.
For e-Rides, brand awareness was the main aim of the game, in order to position themselves as market leaders in the relatively new industry of e-rideables. With excitement for electric scooters and other e-rideables naturally increasing, it was important to capitalise on this organically-driven engagement by building an effective social media marketing campaign.

They were aware of the importance of social media in building brand awareness and increasing customer engagement but lacked the resources and expertise to manage it themselves.

We conducted a thorough analysis of e-Rides’ business objectives, target audience, and competitors to develop a customised social media strategy. The strategy included a content calendar, which outlined the type of content, posting frequency, and engagement tactics.

Combining our social media expertise with e-Rides’ enthusiasm and knowledge surrounding the brand and product, we built a social media campaign that delivered.
Utilising a mix of post content revolving around FAQs, new and up-coming products, sales and direct call to action through competitions and events, our social team devised a strategy that would help not only to build brand awareness – and indeed e-ride awareness in general! – but also to help boost product sales across their eCommerce website.

Through on-going optimisation, competitor and hashtag research, alongside metric evaluation month on month, our team works closely with e-Rides in order to continually build on their social channels. Ensuring engagement, profitability and reach.
