Apprentice
Project Manager

Lowaire Digital are now seeking to recruit an Apprentice Project Manager to join our close-knit team based in Shepshed, Leicestershire, ideally with some understanding of marketing however this is not essential. As a Project Manager at Lowaire you will have the overall responsibility for successful project delivery of website design and digital marketing campaigns, taking care of the project lifecycle and scope, whilst effectively measuring resources and budgets.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting website design & digital marketing projects and project teams in an independent manner
  • Ensuring that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within scope and within budget
  • Tracking progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements
  • Tackling risks, issues, and blocks whilst placing mitigating measures in place and provide timely update
  • Effectively measuring and analysing availability and the allocation
  • Handling changes to project scopes, project timelines, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Ensuring that billable hours are accounted for and logged accurately
  • Contributing to internal and external marketing strategies and campaigns
  • The creation of effective and result-driven digital marketing strategies
  • Producing client documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Required skills:

  • Technical background with some understanding of digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills
  • Pragmatic, still highly organised and structured
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook
  • Result oriented with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

The working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days (Monday – Friday). However, this may change depending on the business requirements, therefore flexibility is required.

 

This apprenticeship position will lead to a Level 3 Management qualification and will involve on-the-job training and regular workshops/training, which will be carried out remotely by our third-party training provider.

Apprentice
Marketing Consultant

As an Apprentice Marketing Consultant at Lowaire Digital, you will be managing client accounts and campaigns whilst tracking progress and results effectively. As well as this you’ll carry out day to day general administration duties whilst also assisting with marketing calls and emails in order to promote digital services to prospects, primarily by telephone & email with the aim of increasing profitability for the business alongside providing high-quality results for our clients.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Contributing to internal and external marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Creation of digital marketing strategies and search-worthy content
  • Producing client documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation
  • Content creation & curation for digital and print publishing for organic and paid promotions
  • The creation and management of engaging social media posts on behalf of clients
  • Paid media management i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Providing ongoing search optimisation of client websites in order to rank within search results
  • Contacting potential client via phone and email in order to promote our services and increase awareness
  • Revising and maintaining office systems, including data management of prospects and clients
  • Providing ongoing support to clients via live chat, email, phone, and face to face when required
  • Providing receptionist duties on behalf of senior managers and colleagues
  • Assisting with the design and creation of website pages on behalf of clients
  • Working towards set targets and KPI’s in order to develop and progress within your role

Required skills:

  • Good knowledge of the internet and web-based applications
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • The ability to converse at a reasonable business level (commercial awareness)
  • Team player – able to communicate and work together with teams at various levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of major social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc
  • Some understanding of website design or digital marketing (advantageous)
  • Excellent computer skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
  • Good presentation skills
  • 4 x GCSE grade A – C including maths and English or equivalent.
