Google Analytics is one of the platforms that we use regularly for mainly SEO, but can also be used for marketing purposes. Unlike LiveDashboard, this platform is free to use for anyone with a Google account.
This platform will track the performance of a website at any given time which provides insights into the user experience. It allows you to track different statistics such as the length of user sessions and the bounce rate across your website. All of this data classes as customer behaviour analytics. This information can then be used to improve marketing campaigns that in turn will drive more traffic to the website and help with user retention.
Due to this platform being a product of Google, it allows for seamless integration with other Google platforms, such as Google Ads. This is a very useful feature as information can be pulled from a multitude of places creating an easy-to-understand dashboard, rather than having analytics spread across a multitude of platforms.
Google Analytics has a lot of benefits such as being free, having customisable dimensions, containing a multitude of other tools and providing users with a visual experience.

LiveDashboard
Another platform that Lowaire regularly uses for analytical reporting is LiveDashboard. Much like Google Analytics, we mainly use it for SEO purposes, but also general marketing purposes. This is also the platform that we choose to use when it comes to our reporting.
In many ways, this platform is comparable to Google Analytics. However, this platform does have a few bonus features that we, as a digital marketing agency, find very useful. One of these features is backlink management. This allows you to keep track of all of the unpublished and published backlinks on your website making it easy to keep track of how much work is being done.
One feature that we use for the purposes of SEO is the site-auditor. This platform will crawl a website and identify any issues that may be occurring on the backend. It makes it easy for us to then go through the website working to fix all of those issues.
Google Analytics can easily be integrated into LiveDashboard keeping all of your data in one place.
